The service consists in preparation of the formal documents to make the application for trademark registration in Brazil, and the monitoring of the process until the allowance.
The oficial fees are included in the service.
Values are for one application in one class (no multi-class system in Brazil).
HOW WE WORK?
1º You hire the service online;
2º We contact you by e-mail to find the necessary information regarding the brand of your interest;
3º We send the proof of the brand request by e-mail;
4º We keep track of your brand process in Brazilian PTO, and also if appear other processes that are similar or equal to yours;
5º We send by e-mail all the occurrences of the process together with an opinion of what we advise to be done.
